I am whole heartedly happy I got my engagement ring here!! I was barely over one year into my marriage when my ring literally fell apart. I noticed the metal becoming very soft and pliable after daily use, so I called BE Istopped wearing my ring daily Then one day I snagged the ring on the side of my washing machine while doing laundry and the entire top of the setting came off!
I sent the ring back for repair and was told that not only did the setting break, there were 4 abrated chipped diamonds I was shocked!
I have never even heard of a diamond chipping before. I refuse to pay this for a one year old ring. I got the ring re-shaped but wear one of my old vintage pieces everyday now.
My BE piece is junk compared to any real jewelry I own and I am so sad. I was told by BE that “this is the new jewelry standard, all jewelers are making less sturdy, more blingy pieces”.
I should’ve read these reviews better. I hope I can help other brides not make my mistake. Save your money and buy real vintage!!!

So far so good. Absolutely no problems from show room appointment to the arrival of my ring. When fiancee’ and I made an appointment at the SF show room, I noted the settings I wanted to try as well as the types of diamonds I was interested in.
I mainly wanted to see what the settings looked like in real life on my finger and compare a couple different diamond colors. No pressure to buy and no fast talking salesmen.

Easy, and everything came as promised. On another note, we didn’t leave everything up to BE ie. Trusting their description on what a super ideal cut round diamond is.
I don’t recommend you do so either. Do your homework it’s not hard. Read up on diamonds and know what you’re buying.

For instance, one of the sample diamonds was a j colored 1. More like a GIA very good I could tell by the sparkle.
I have had more compliments on this ring. right hand ring designs with round diamond stone I have warn my ring and had no problems with chipping dulling.
I asked for the specs and as I suspected the table percentage and crown angle was more like a very good cut diamond not an excellent or ideal.
Again not a deal breaker, but if I didn’t know any better I probably would’ve gone home and bought “super ideal,” without knowing exactly what that means when it comes to BE.
So all in all a very easy and stress free transaction from start to finish.
Now, I can see how someone could go in blind and come out underwhelmed, but if you do a little research you should be ok. Risa was wonderful! Knowledgeable about diamonds and the industry.

The show room is very nice and person. I gave 4 stars because we found same quality diamond for a lower price at Costco. If you want to customize a ring this is the place to go!
That stone that stuck out of ring blew out like I knew it would. The stone is long gone and there is a hole in the top and side of the ring where it used to be.

Did not feel like we were being pushed towards any sale. Staff genuinely wanted to find what worked best for us and steered us in the right direction.
We will be recommending them to all our friends! Got an email that they are processing my refund in days. She replied that they just received the sapphire in their SF office- It will take another 7 to 10 business days to process my refund.
Be aware of them- worst company ever. Jade sent email and ask if she can help- i said let me give her another chance.
I asked her to talk to the person who purchase this for me- I gave her the telephone number- few minutes later, she send another email that she could not reach him- She never left a message – she never called him back- she then gave a telephone number for the customer service so that we can call.
She is a customer service supervisor- Just go figure- if this is a service you get from a supervisor- just imagine what you get form the rest of the rep.
Horrible- do not buy anything from them. It only took one trip to Brilliant Earth for my now husband then boyfriend and soon to be fiancee!
