I made a purchase in Decemberand returned part of the purchase, but never received the refund. According to their store policy, return can be made with a receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase.
I reached out to the company multiple times to get the return address information. After I mailed back the necklace I purchased, it took another week for customer service to confirm that they received my return, even though my tracking number stated it had already arrived.
Then I was promised a refund which should take business days, but it has been over one month, and I have yet to receive a refund! This is completely unacceptable!

So we bring in a large pendant purchased in Kona about to be cleaned. They return it with the note that it was not made by MD, so they won’t clean it.
The point is that it was sold in their shop, and how was I to know that they did not manufacture it? Since they sold a piece made by another artist, I would think it would fall under their same lifetime warranty, especially since I only left it to be cleaned, not repaired.
If nothing else, good customer relations would have taken care of it to keep a long time customer happy.
