They offer lay away, just Incase you don’t want to max out your credit cards. This is going to be my personal jewelry from noon on.
I brought in my wedding ring to be “repurposed”. I gave the idea to Rich, and let him use his creative skills to engrave the message on the outside of the band, along with an image actually an emoticon.
Picked it up today, a full week earlier than promised. The result is excellent, and the price for work was fair.
I recommend this establishment for both artistic and business skills. Friendly staff as well as good communication. So I went to rich custom jewelry and I guess the 3rd time is a charm!
I am so happy with rich custom jewelry. The places before butchered my jewelry and knew nothing about working with platinum.
Here they work excellent with platinum! Maybe the only place that can. They really know what they are doing.

Tim A few years ago I inherited a pinky ring from my grandfather. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit my finger and I couldn’t wear it. I came in to richs to see if they could remake it to not only fit me, but look good too.
They blew away my expectations I have the coolest ring in the world and it’s only Bc of them!!!!!! My ring looks absolutely beautiful!! Thank you for everything!

11.01.2020 – Prior to stopping by, I called Jeff White for a quote, as well as other jewelers in town. Wrong city? This shop does not cut corners and Jeff and his son have great intuition in business and relationships. I have the coolest ring in the world and it’s only Bc of them!!!!!!
I took them to Rich Custom Jewelers and they were able to repair the rings to the surprise and pleasure of my then girlfriend.
Recently I took her wedding band to them. Again a beautiful job was done. The band was snapped. They repaired it and reinforced the band also.
Cleaned and made it look new.

I love this place. Very good to have for a many years a honest watchmaker in town. I have a fine omega watch and it needed some minor repairs the charges were minimal thank you good service indeed Went great at first.

Did not receive final numbers to sign off on. Was not given a final price before the ring was manufactured. If I had saw that ahead of time would have had time to make adjustments on the ring.
I was willing to compromise, he was not willing to make any adjustments based on how it was handled. Ended up having to dismantle the ring and get my diamonds back.
I refuse to be blackmailed. Unfortunate because the ring was beautiful They have many beautiful rings, necklaces, watches, money clips, etc.

Staffs there are so nice too. I got a ring from my boyfriend as a gift and i love it so much. But i have a problem.
Staffs there can’t resize my simple thin gold ring to my size. Is that because of the measuring rings they have or what??
The ring was big when my boyfriend bought it, so i used the measuring ring that they use and we got it sized down.
But it was still too big when i put it on the next day. I needed to have it resized anyways and i decided to put it on a different finger.
What happened was, i explained that the ring they resized for me twice was too big and i asked them to make it smaller than the ring I used to measure my size.
But again it was very big. I went there 2 more times!
Now, the stone part is still coming inward, which means it’s still big. I never had a problem on resizing my ring and this is just so disappointing.
It’s not the money my bf paid. It’s frustrating because I love my ring and can’t enjoy wearing it. I feel weird on my finger, which never happened with any of my other rings from other stores.
So, as jewerlers, I can’t say they’re good at resizing a ring. As a jewerly store, I would go back and buy something else.
I can’t tell where or how they did it, but they laser cut the ring smaller for me and it was done within 2 days.

The store is in a rather dumpy strip mall and you have to ring and then get buzzed into the shop. The shop feels like it’s been there for a couple decades and the store owner was interested to know how I found it.
I told him, “Yelp! The shop is smokey and could use some updating on the inside. But if you look past all that, I think there’s some great jewelry making going on.

This is the opposite of a shiny mall jewelry shop. I walked in with a picture of a ring I liked but couldn’t afford. The salesman helped me work out the metal and stones that would make a ring like that affordable to me.
I’m having them making a wedding band for me now.

He made my husband’s band too, we were so happy with both. I actually just had him make me a new wedding ring because I developed an metal allergy that meant I couldn’t wear my old ring.
Let me just say, I almost love this one more than the last.
I am a very picky person so this was no easy task. They are amazingly talented, fairly priced, attentive to their customers’ requests, and above all they make some seriously high quality jewelry.

After checking with several jewelry shops, I found Rich Custom Jewelry. To start, the shop is located in a old strip mall. I wouldn’t call the strip mall run down, but you can definitely see that it’s old.
If I was the owner of the shop, I’d be looking to move.
You have to be buzzed into the shop. Not a big deal, in fact, I would probably do the same thing, all things considered The shop is small.
