Within 2 months of receiving a pendant as a gift, the crystals started falling out. When you go back to a Swarovski location, they act shocked as though you were the only customer to have ever reported this happening.
I see from other reviews that crystals falling out is the norm, as the jewelry is cheap quality.

It’s conveniently located for boyfriends who don’t know where else to go to buy jewelry. I used to wear it every day, the silver-plated clasp faded and the crystals fell out of my necklace.
In order to fix it I’d have to send in my necklace. It has sentimental value, so how would I be able to ensure that I get the same one back?
I visited the store about a repair. Instead of explaining the company’s warranty program and the cost if outside the warranty period, she started out by asking whether I had a receipt or the box.
The item I have is older and has sentimental value to me so I was put off by the line of questioning when I was open to paying for repairs.
When I inquired about whether other customers had fixed it themselves or with a costume jewelry repairer, she said she didn’t know about that “there would be a charge.
Certainly didn’t feel like customer service is a priority. I won’t plan on purchasing another Swarovski piece in the future.

When I come here my inner parrot comes out and I become a deer in a headlight with them shiny things. But they’re nice, shiny, non-edible things surely enough to satisfy the inner parrot in all of us.
Over the years I’ve bought my mother several Swarovski crystal animals. She asked me not to get her any more “things” as she is getting up there. But my hubby and his boss are taking early retirement from their company.
She has been a fantastic boss as well as friend to Jack.
And the loves chickens!!! So as I ran across this relatively small store, I looked for chickens. And I found some: a hen and a rooster.
I immediately bought them. The sales associate was extremely nice. She gift wrapped everything and offered me a variety of small mirrors to put under them.
They were extremely low-priced so that I bought several for my mom’s collection. Perhaps I should takeaway a star of for the limited selection, but I got what I was looking for, so I won’t.

Anyway, was at Westfield Center and had the greatest time looking around in here the other day. Picked up a watch here a couple months ago Glad I bought it when I did since I don’t see that style anymore.
The salesperson I had was really great. Amber, was so cool and genuine, yet extremely knowledgeable and with perfect composure which complemented the store nicely.
A true professional Saw some great crystal birds and parrots too. Definitely one of my favorite stores to have fun in if I ever hit it big.
If there was negative stars I would give it to their customer service. They have the worst customer service. I told the sales associate that I’m trying to buy a gift and looking around she didn’t even offer to help me!
I told her it is a gift but she gave me the regular receipt and when I asked for gift receipt she rolled her eyes. Seriously is this how u treat ur customers?

I was there yesterday and got a pendant for my mom which she was supposed to wear at a lunch event next day. I was billed for it, but when I opened the box the next day, it was a different pendant, of a lesser value.
