As soon as we walked inside zales We were greeted and everyone seemed excited to help us. We told them our budget and we were shown a plethora of beautiful options other stores would literally show us 3 rings.
My husband then fiance surprised me with my dream ring. I started crying and everyone in the store kept telling me congrats.

I told everyone my name one time. The girl on the phone instantly knew who I was, knew my name and my ring. Way to make your customers feel special and welcome.
My husband and I returned with my nieces for their graduation present. A few months later we were browsing and the salesman mentioned that my niece came by for her jewelry cleaning and he mentioned her by name.

Again I was impressed that not only did he remember her name but remembered she was my niece. Jeremy and Margaret are both amazing each and every time we visit.
Total we have bought 5 pieces from this zales location and each time we are impressed by the personalized customer service. The warranties are great.
The products are timeless beautiful additions to our family yes, I said family.

I treat them like they are my children. No complaints.

My wife and I waited. Long enough to wonder why we’d spend our money in a store where we apparently were invisible.
So that you know Her face lit up so your poor service didn’t ruin our experience. I hope the next person who walks in receives much better service.
Not unless the place really deserves it. We buy all of our jewelry from Zales. We have always had a great experience and I’m disappointed to report that Jeremy at this location has ruined their reputation time and time again.
Luckily when my husband arrived he worked with something else who was much more pleasant and helped him out without a problem. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when we worked with a great group in El Paso who offered to ship our rings to Austin for an easy pick up.
I called our Austin location and was harshly treated by Jeremy over the phone.

Every effort and response was to get off the phone quickly. I called El Paso, they gave me a better idea of when it should arrive.
Tried Austin Zales again the woman who answered my phone call placed me on hold without setting any expectations and then lucky me I get Jeremy again.

He answers with a hello this is Jeremy i say hello back not knowing what reason he has to take my call His response? I’m not sure why either what is it that you need.
And same cold convo, cold response, same I won’t be doing a damn thing to help you today experience.

I’ve worked in customer service for years and never would I handle any of my customer interactions this way. Jeremy cheer up, give a girl a break we are just trying to retrieve our jewelry we promise we aren’t trying to make your day more difficult by simply expecting general customer service.
Just left this location after not being acknowledged by any of the staff in the store.

I’d been looking at jewelry almost 10 minutes, ready to make a purchase, and your staff couldn’t be bothered assisting me in the least.
I hope you hire more professional staff in the future. Since purchasing the set, the engagement ring is still beautiful.
I find the ring seems to hold up pretty well to normal wear. It doesn’t get in my way very much as I had feared. I can’t wait till my wedding day next year to wear both rings together!!
We always use the Zales store in Round Rock but he ring I wanted was available inline only. I ordered a ring online, because it would require a signature if I had it delivered to the house and I may not be there I decided to bypass the issue and have it delivered to the store.

I had it delivered to the Tech Ridge store because it was closer to my job. I see a lot of bad customer service reviews but thought I am just picking it up so there should be no issues, wrong!
The Zales site said my ring was delivered to the store. I excitedly called the store to make sure it was ready to be picked up.

I called for over an hour with no answer and no voicemail. Finally a gentlemen answered.

I gave my name and advised it shows my ring was delivered and would like to pick it up, he said it had not been delivered. I told him the site shows it has been I was confused.
He immediately got very snarky and stated “well it hasn’t UPS has not come today. Maybe they just marked it as delivered and it will be here tomorrow.
I am looking at all the orders that came in and there is not one with your name on it. I will just call you when it comes in” I was a little set back by his rudeness.
I advised I will just call the Zales hotline and see what’s going on. Right before I hung up he said “oh wait here it is, it was wasn’t checked in”.
I got down to the store and walked in expecting to get a smile and warm response like the RR Zales but got instead was greeted by 3 straight faced people 2 men and a woman followed by a dry “how can I help you” from the gentleman who answered my call earlier Andrew I think he said it name was.
I told him I was picking up my ring, he got the box and asked if I needed it sized. I said I don’t know I need to try it on if that was ok. He opened the box and asked me to sign the paper and do I want a warranty.
I asked about having it soldered together and he said “it depended on how much the ring cost what did you pay for it?

I asked if I get the warranty did it matter. Andrew gave another curt remark, I felt so uncomfortable I just took my ring and left.

I decided if I need anything I will just go to the Zales store in RR every time we go in there they immediately smile and treat you like they love their job and are happy to see you.
They have always had great customer service and true professionals. Went in to look for an engagement ring, and was greeted by a male salesman.
He was nice at first, but once he found out my price range which I assume didn’t give him a good enough commissionhe proceeded to laugh right in my face and say “Well I guess you just don’t give a damn about her, huh?
The number of digits on the price tag should not and does not show how much I love and value her. I will NOT be returning to this location.
I’d give it zero stars if I could. If you want to shop at Zales, go to a different location!!!

Had a Tungsten wedding band engraved and was deeply disappointed about the result. The letters were barely noticeable. The waiting time is three weeks.
When I asked if they can clean up the ring, they said the third party usually does that already. The engraving not noticeable, and a unsatisfied customer.
I had to get a new wedding band elsewhere because I could not give this old ring to my new husband What a pleasure!!!! Anmarie was pleasant, knew her jewelry and took the time to explain the differences in diamond quality.
I had known some of the information but I was amazed at all the information that the internet does not tell you.

The one on one personal service was the best I had ever received. I never once felt pressured and she listened to me.
Never once, did Anmarie make me feel like I was a bother. Love the ring I purchased and she is the best. I do not see a need to ever go anywhere else.
She was very patient he couldn’t make up his mind and had a great sense of humor.
