My partner is very specific in what she would like and she tried to explain it to the sales person, she apologized numerous times for the inconvenience of not liking the options given because every time she either liked or didn’t like a ring that the salesperson would laugh or say something under her breath.
I had enough after the salesperson scoffed at her for attempting to yet again explain what she wanted, I told my partner to just meet me at Zales we were going to just go straight there after returning the first ring but we thought we’d give Kay’s another shot.
Long story short I returned the ring and walked out. This was significantly more than our initial budget. The defining factor that helped us decide to purchase two instead of one and for more than we wanted to pay for a single ring was the sales rep at Zales!
Her name is Jennifer and we would reccommend anyone to go to her to find what you’re looking for, she didn’t make us feel bad that we didn’t want to spend too much for something nice and it made us more comfortable to spend more because we felt we could trust her.
We definitely know where we will be shopping for future engagement and wedding rings! Sweet ol ladies are quick to greet you and help you find what you desire.
There has only been a couple times where I walked in, circled around, waited a bit, and all associates were still busy. Since I come in every 6 months to get my jewelry cleaned, all ladies do not feel burdened that they aren’t making a sale.
However sometimes they get lucky because the Disney line is what always gets me! I was quite surprised that on my search for wedding rings, I found no luck at Tiffany’s, Ben Bridge, nor Kay’s.

The cases that hold the jewelry are beat up and have holes in them; it makes me feel like they don’t care about the quality of the product. The saleswoman who helped me showed me all the men’s bracelets which was nice of her, but she knew very little about the product.
For example, when I asked her questions about the product, she had to look at the tag and just said what was on there with the price.
I would have felt much more comfortable if she informed me about the products or connected with me better.

It was just her showing me stuff then saying goodbye. It was an odd experience at a jewelry store and i wouldn’t return. But the prices seem pretty good, it’s not really expensive as I’d thought.
But I don’t know the quality of the product, so I don’t know if it’s good or not. I am beyond upset. I came in for my ring inspection and it was fully in tact.
I walked around for a few minutes and then my ring was ready.

The lady gave me my ring back with a missing diamond. I had told her that I was missing a diamond and her response was “oh yeah.
I noticed that. You noticed it and you weren’t gonna say anything? How rude. I had told her that this wasn’t my fault. Not once did she apologize.
It’s really upsetting at the fact that it honestly felt that she wouldn’t have said anything unless I did. It’s a good thing I did. How dare you. So now it’s gonna take weeks.
And I’ve read so many bad reviews about sending it off. I’m literally having anxiety about this guys. Not even one sorry How freaken rude.

I’ve been a Zales customer for years and I always hate going to in to do things because it is never a good experience until today.
My usual visit at all locations on Oahu results in me waiting forever and a day to be noticed by someone to help me they are either talking with each other or looking as they are doing something better.
But today I entered, Jennifer quickly acknowledged me and asked me what I needed assistance with and handled my two tasks in a quick and efficient manner.
Not only was I in and out in under 10 minutes world record for me but I left completing everything I wanted to when I walked in.
She was friendly, professional and so efficient!!! I have to give some major kudos to this Zales location. I sort of procrastinated on deciding on jewelry for a major event, so by the time I decided what I wanted, it was days before I needed it.
The staff took the time to show me many different options until I found exactly what I was looking for.

Initially they told me that it would take up to two weeks to get the jewelry resized and cleaned, but I asked if there was any way that I would be able to get it sooner for the event.
The manager checked and verified that not only could they get it done early, but that it would be at no extra charge and with extra time to spare.
The staff members were extremely friendly and courteous during each visit. Although the sticker prices at Zales are not always reasonable, they do have frequent sales and provide a military discount with an ID.

Plus, one of my favorite parts of the Zales policy is that if you want to “upgrade” a piece of jewelry with a receipt and insurance policy, you can trade it in for the original value that you paid, as long as you are purchasing something that’s at least double the value.
Because resale value for most jewelry is usually pretty dismal, having this buyback policy is extremely convenient and can save you money in the long run.
I love being able to take my jewelry there for a quick, free cleaning when it needs a bit of polishing. Just go to one of the jewelry counters and ask for a cleaning when This is located inside the mall right next to Ann Taylor and across from the food court.
I was a little hesitant to check out what this Zales has to offer due to poor reviews. I asked if I could get my ring cleaned without the cleaning form and she happily said yes.
Now, that’s a good chunk off! So I told her I will come back; she gave me her card and I put it to use– I called her specifically for questions and Auntie Pearlie was just very pleasant and personable.
I came back and saw Aunti Pearlie the next week and purchased my ring and she helped me like the other times. I cannot speak for the other workers although they did tried to help while I’m waiting on Auntie P but I have received great customer service from this store.

It’s the people like Auntie P that enables business to succeed; I’ll definitely come back again for the hubbie’s ring. Zales has been around for like forever.
This location is always so clean and everything speaking of course since it’s a diamond Store. My husband and I bought our wedding set from here 5 years ago and we take our rings to get cleaned every 6 months along with our inspections to honor our lifetime warranty.
We decided to go with white gold and was not aware that it turns color. We used to bring our rings in and have it sent out to get a rodium coating which makes it shine like new gain.
This process used to take about a week. Evidently now they send out the jewelry to another state and it take about three weeks.

We left. It’s Christmas and you lost a potential customer to BEN BRIDGE right across the way, and got attentive, helpful, and not judgmental assistance from the sales clerk I wish I remembered her name not the manager who was sulking in the corner The sales person was so compassionate about how my son was on a tight budget.
We went home happy with a purchase, probably be back to upgrade later.

This ring was purchased in April, and they have a 6 month cleaning that comes with the warranty which examines all the prongs and diamonds.
